PTFA

CMS has a very active PTFA committee who meet once or twice per term to organise and run various events. We raise approximately £9000 per year and as such we are a registered charity.
In the past years, we have raised funds to purchase the school minibus, provided a new light and sound system for the hall, part funded the new outdoor classroom and garden area and climbing equipment and this year, we have granted the wishes of several departments within school.

Our aim is not only to raise funds but to provide some fabulous equipment for the school and  to organise some great social events for the children and their families to participate in outside of school which allows them to socialise in a relaxed environment.
Our main events are school discos, bingo nights, the Christmas bazaar and summer fun evenings, with lots of other activities in between.
The PTFA is a friendly and dedicated group of mums, dads and teachers who work hard to ensure that the children get the best from their time at CMS. We are always looking for new members and new ideas to keep the activities innovative so please let us know if you would like to become involved.
