PTFA

CMS has an active PTFA committee who aim to meet monthly to organise & run various events. We are a group of Parents / Carers & Teachers who work hard to ensure that the children get the best from their time at CMS.

​We raise approx. £15k per year & are a registered charity.
We aim to raise funds for the CMS & to organise social events for the children & their families.

Our main fund-raising events are as follows:

• ​Christmas & Summer Fairs
• Halloween & Spring Discos
• Doughnut, Cookie & Dress Down Days
• Monthly School Lottery

Recent fund raising has enabled us to:

• Maintain the minibus
• Fund ParentMail & My Concern software
• Provide a new projector for the main hall
• Issue bookmarks/pins commemorating King Charles III Coronation & 60 years of CMS to every pupil in the school year 2022-23
• CMS 60th Anniversary Commemorative Art Work
• New rubbish bins
• Library - funding for new books / class set of books

Future Projects Include:

• Cashless Catering System for school meals
• Sail Shade for outdoor seating area
• Replacing the minibus
