Year 8 have been involved in a 'Stand Against Violence' cyberbullying workshop today, linking in to work they have been doing in tutor times recently. Pupils were challenged to see a situation from different perspectives and think about how to deal with a cyberbullying incident from the point of view of the victim, their friend and the bully themselves. They also attended a 'Stand Against Violence' assembly at the end of the day where they were shown some hard-hitting stories about how damaging and dangerous violence is in dealing with situations.
