Day 1 of Bob's Rowing Challenge

Bob has completed his first leg of 12 miles on the rowing machine today. He already has blisters on his hands and is feeling the pain. I have suggested that he has an ice bath tonight! Luckily, Bob says he has youth on his side and is raring to go for tomorrow.
