House Sports off to a soggy start!

With the weather against us, our first Inter-House Sports day was still a very closely fought battle and came down to the final result of the final year group of the day. Pupils in Year 5 and 6 participated in Basketball, Netball, Table Tennis or Indoor Kurling. Pupils in Year 7 and 8 battled it out in Basketball, Netball and Table Tennis.
Our Year 8 Sports Leaders did a fantastic job of supporting staff and leading the officiating of all the sports pupils took part in. With only a month of experience behind them, they were confident and efficient in their roles.
After a nail-biting finale, the winning house after all four year groups had competed was... CHURCH!
Well done to everyone for encapsulating the spirit of the day and getting fully involved.
