Monday's Daily Challenge: Spell your name in exercises!

For each letter of your first name, perform the correct amount of exercises.
If you don't have stairs in your home, you can substitute the 'stairs' task with step ups on a box, step, stool or chair.
Try and do it with your surname as well if you want a tougher challenge.
Also try and get your family members to do it with you.
