Volleyball tests Year 6

Some of our Year 6 pupils today had the fantastic opportunity of working with Jake Sheaf, GB beach volleyball player and our Sky Living for Sport athlete mentor. They were given a brief introduction where Jake talked about his volleyball career and future hopes and goals. Pupils then embarked on several drills and games that focussed on each of the different volleyball shots. The session culminated with a fast and furious game of 'Speed Ball' where pupils had to work together to ground the ball on their opponent's side of the net.
