A Great Start to the Year

It has been lovely to see all the children returning from the summer holidays with big smiles on their faces. Despite the many changes that year 6 brings about, we have been incredibly impressed with everyone's attitude and desire to take on all new challenges with a very positive mindset. 

Having completed an initial tutor based day getting know their new tutors, and learning a little bit more about what happens in year 6, the last couple of days has seen them following their timetables, and getting down to business. 

It has also been great to see the nurturing and supportive side of the year group who have been going out of their way to help the year 5's to settle into the school. 

Really looking forward to what I believe will be a very exciting year ahead.
