Year 6 begin making their Aztec masks

The Art room during Year 6 lessons rang to the sound of crunching tin foil and lots of laughter in the week before half term. Pupils have designed their own original Aztec mask, inspired by their learning in History and Art lessons. Coming up this week: papier mache with kitchen roll and PVA gkue to create a textured and toughened surface to paint on, over their tin foil face moulds.
