Due to the heavy traffic the London Trip will be arriving back at school at approximately 5:00pm. Please note that due to safe guarding you will be required to collect your child from the school hall.

28/6/2018 June 28th, 2018Another jam packed day at the aquarium and London eye! The children were brave enough to walk across the shark tank and ride the towering heights of the London eye. A fantastic day had by all...and it’s not even over yet! 28/6/2018 London 2nd group.London 2nd group have enjoyed a great 1 night sleep in the hotel, followed by a lovely breakfast this morning. We have spent the morning at the Wetlands centre learning about mini beasts and having fun on the adventure playground. We are now on route to the aquarium. :) All having a great time! 28/6/2018 Year 5 London- Trip A departureWow! What an incredible three days we have had with the first half of Year 5. The children have had a couple of fun-filled, jam-packed days with so many activities, ranging from pond dipping, to riding the London eye, to walking across a shark tank in the London Aquarium...not to mention the delicious food which has been gobbled up! The Lion King was a huge hit- with the actors and actresses, dressed in costumes, walking down the aisles directly next to us! I'm sure the children will have told you all about it and will be talking about it for many days to come. A big well done to every single child on the trip, setting such a lovely example with their kindness and manners. We had compliments from the public and staff, everywhere we went! Now time for some well deserved and much needed rest! Miss Capp. 28/6/2018 June 28th, 2018After a longer than expected journey to The Tower of London, the children arrived safely...and excited! The digital workshop around the tower was a success and some children even achieved the gold award on the quiz at the end! Currently, the children are tucked up into bed and ready for tomorrow's activities! Thank you parents and carers for ensuring your children were at school on time- it allowed a prompt start to our journey! Miss Capp 28/6/2018 Technical problems.There has been a problem updating the schools blog using mobile technology. This is unfortunate as we understand that as parents and carers you are looking forward to seeing photos and comments from the many activities taking place. We have been working hard to find a solution to this problem and can only apologise for the delays.
27/6/2018 London arrivalI can confirm that the second half of the London trip have arrived safely and are all in their hotel. Unfortunately Miss Capp and the year 5 team are still having no luck with the website host and our remote access. We are trying to rectify the situation, as we have tried all week and hope to provide more updates when we can.
Many thanks Mr Stevens (currently at Marwell) 22.46 The coach has just left Winchester services and is estimated to arrive back at school at 4.15pm. For safe guarding reasons, parents are kindly asked to meet their child in the hall on their return.
