Army Cadets enthuse Year 8

Year 8's today received a visit from Rob Harris from the Dorset Army Cadets. He spoke during assembly about the benefits of joining the cadets and about the exciting opportunities on offer: sports, military knowledge, drills, rifle training, summer camps, first aid training, residential camps, Duke of Edinburgh an much more. Even if pupils are not thinking about pursuing a career in the Armed Forces, the cadets teaches children many vital life skills that can be utilised in other areas.
